Only have a second today, be back later to post more of our goings-on lately, but just had to share the good news - we sold our house back in PA!!! We took a lower price than we'd hoped, but in this market, we are considering ourselves lucky! We were getting so worried - we would not have been able to own two homes indefinitely! But thank God, we got an offer yesterday and we accepted it! We had so much competition (9 other comparable homes in our subdivision on the market now) so we didn't even make a counteroffer - we didn't want to risk them moving on to one of our neighbors! Plus, they want to close March 31, so that's great for us. Thanks to everyone who was praying for us, and thanks again to St. Joseph, who always comes through for us*!
*now if only St. Gerard and St. Gianna will come through for us so we'll have some other great news...I'd love to the have the double-whammy good news like Liz & Michael ;)
